My 100th Blog Post

Hello and welcome to my 100th Blog Post. Since I first started, that means I have averaged 3-4 posts per week. For those of you that are new, thank you for checking my blog out.  For those that have been reading since the beginning, thank you for your support.  Let's look back at my blog from it's inception to today...

Bilbo's Hobbit Hole is 100!

If you look back at my very first post, (NEW WINDOW) you'll find that I made a simple statement:

"I cannot promise I will write often and I can guarantee you won't like everything I write, but I can promise to be honest and really, what more can you ask for?"

I think I have done a damn fine job of holding up that guarantee.

I love reading comments from readers and interacting with you.  I love seeing where my traffic comes from.  I love seeing that you're retweeting me or sharing me to Facebook.

I don't show any signs of slowing down and I am sure that new topics will be added in the future.  Comment below to let me know what you want to read more of and if I have something interesting to say, I will certainly say it.

It's fitting that I hit my 100th post on March 1st, 2017.  March is a significant month for me.  It's Bilbo Birthday Month because my birthday falls on the 27th.  I honor my Irish heritage by celebrating the completely non-Irish holiday known as St. Patrick's Day on the 17th.  I celebrate my anniversary to my fantastic wife on the 24th.  March is awesome and so is this blog because you, my readers, make it awesome.
