Sanctum Brewing Company Review

Here I am finally visiting a brewery to review it.  They've been around for awhile and I never made the trip until they popped up in Groupon.  You can read about the many wineries and breweries we visit and have reviewed by clicking here. (NEW WINDOW)  Today, I want to tell you about a great little place in Pomona...
Sanctum Flights

We headed to Sanctum Brewing Company with my parents recently.  They are, like most breweries, tucked into a commercial or industrial lot with very little street signage.  The difference here, is that it's a historic packing house located against the train tracks.  Once you navigate the packing house and enter, the place is actually huge and very eclectic.

Dog friendly, the brewery employees are kind and knowledgeable about the product.  They have a "green" mentality here reflected in the recycled lumber and gold fish filtration system in their garden.

A flight there consists of 5 generous and yummy pours.  They have some really strong beers here and some vibrant flavors.  There was a bourbon coffee stout that will put hair on your chest!

My only complaint is that some of the tables are too small to house your beers and a card game.
