Happy Birthday Alyssa!

Today, I use my blog to honor a very important person in my life.  Sure, I could provide you with a Memorial Day blog, and I may still, but for now, you get this blog.  It's a better blog because she has made me a better person.  So, today, I ask that you join me in wishing Alyssa a very happy birthday!

33 years young

Alyssa is a lot of things to a lot of people and I am guessing most of you don't get just how deep her greatness goes.

She is the sweetest person I know.  Never wanting to disappoint anyone, she can't say no to people.  Some take advantage of that fact.

She's obviously gorgeous.

She loves kids and has the patience of a saint.

She is crafty.

She is creative.

She has a glimmer in her eye that rivals the stars when she is excited about something.

She is active and enjoys the outdoors just as much as she enjoys a lazy day of Netflix.

She's a nerd.

She has passion.

She's smart.

She likes people.

She likes wine AND beer.

She enjoys food in the way I do.

She's adventurous.

She's fire.

She's a dancer and an actress.

She coordinates some amazing activities for a variety of people.

She has aloha in her heart.

She's my goldfish.

Alyssa is most definitely my better half.  She is my rock and my peace.  She is my motivation and my stepping stone.  She keeps me sane.  She is my passion.  She is my Companion.

Today, and every day, she deserves so much more than she gets.  Let her know.

Today, I recognize how amazing she is and, from the bottom of my heart, I wish her a happy birthday.
